About Role :

Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and validate

  scalable trading system architecture

  capable of handling

  100k+ orders/sec with sub-10ms latency

  .
• Define and optimize

  cloud/on-prem hybrid infrastructure

  ensuring

  99.99% uptime SLAs

  .
• Architect

  load balancing, failover, and auto-scaling strategies

  for high-volume trading workloads.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to ensure platform readiness for

  high-frequency trading and large user spikes

  .
• Recommend

  tools, frameworks, and infra stacks

  for monitoring, observability, and performance tuning.
• Benchmark system throughput and conduct

  stress/load testing simulations at 5M+ concurrent sessions

  .

Experience Required:

• 10+ years

  in enterprise systems, with

  5+ years in trading/fintech platforms

  .
• Proven delivery of

  low-latency, high-throughput systems

  (e.g., equities, commodities, crypto, or derivatives trading).
• Experience with

  event-driven architectures, distributed caching, and in-memory systems

  .
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  C++/Java low-latency frameworks, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, microservices

  cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure)
