Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Finance Domain) Location: Indore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–5 Years Industry: Recruitment / Staffing Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for finance roles (e.g., accountants, financial analysts, auditors, etc.) Coordinate with internal hiring teams and clients to understand role requirements Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a qualified candidate pool Schedule and conduct interviews Maintain recruitment data, reports, and pipelines Ensure timely and quality closures of open positions Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR or Finance preferred) 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with finance hiring exposure Strong understanding of recruitment tools and strategies Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment Share Your CV ;- Trinity.madhur@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
