Sr. Store Manager

We have urgent hiring for Sr. Store Manager (Male & Female both Can Apply).

KRAs :

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure accurate stock planning, ordering, and replenishment
• Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or over-stocking
• Monitor GRN, inward/outward entries & stock variance reports
• Reduce inventory shrinkage, pilferage & damages

2. Warehouse & Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations, space utilization & storage layout
• Implement SOPs for receiving, stacking, issuance & dispatch
• Ensure timely order picking, packing & dispatch with zero error
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant warehouse standards

3. Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier transport partners
• Ensure timely material procurement & delivery planning
• Handle return logistics & reconciliation processes

4. Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and train store/warehouse staff
• Assign daily duties, monitor performance & ensure discipline
• Foster teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement culture

5. Documentation & Systems Management

• Maintain records in ERP/WMS/Excel & ensure system accuracy
• Ensure proper documentation – GRNs, material issue slips, gate passes
• Maintain MIS reports, stock statements & audit compliance

6. Audit & Compliance

• Conduct routine stock audits, cycle counts & inventory checks
• Ensure compliance with company policies & safety norms
• Implement corrective actions for discrepancies

7. Cost & Efficiency Optimization

• Minimize operational and logistics cost
• Improve warehouse productivity & process efficiency
• Maintain accurate KPI dashboards (OTIF, accuracy, shrinkage etc.)

8. Customer & Internal Stakeholder Handling

• Coordinate with operations, sales & procurement teams
• Ensure timely fulfilment of internal/external requirements
