Sr. Store Manager

Roles & Responsibility

• Inventory Management:Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste and obsolescence.
• Procurement:Coordinating with various hospital departments to understand their supply needs and ensuring timely procurement of necessary items.
• Staff Management:Supervising and mentoring store staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
• Compliance:Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and relevant regulations related to inventory management and storage of medical supplies.
• Financial Management:Managing the store's budget, tracking expenses, and contributing to cost-effective operations.
• Reporting:Preparing reports on inventory levels, purchase forecasts, and stock valuation.
• Process Improvement:Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of store operations.
• Customer Service:Ensuring excellent customer service to hospital staff by providing timely and accurate supply fulfillment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
