Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Store Manager at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., located in Bengaluru. The Sr. Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive store profitability. Responsibilities include inventory management, sales analysis, customer service, team leadership, and implementing company policies. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
