Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL React Native Spring Boot Java Javascript and mySQL. This hybrid role requires strong English language skills and offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a day shift setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and React Native to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize AWS cloud-based applications.
Utilize SQL and mySQL to manage and analyze large datasets ensuring data integrity and performance.
Implement front-end solutions using Javascript to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner to maintain system reliability.
Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Ensure software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable by following industry standards and guidelines.
Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Contribute to the companys mission by delivering innovative software solutions that positively impact society.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of AWS cloud services and their application in software development.
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and mySQL for effective database management and data analysis.
Exhibit expertise in React Native for developing cross-platform mobile applications.
Have a solid foundation in Java and Spring Boot for building robust backend systems.
Show advanced skills in Javascript for creating dynamic and interactive web applications.
Display excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to collaborate effectively with team members.
Experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation in a flexible work environment.
