Job Overview:

Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site execution activities as per project timelines and approved drawings through appointed civil contractors.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality norms, and site protocols.
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), quality checklists, and site documentation.
• Assist Project Manager in billing, BOQ verification, and resource planning.
• Monitor contractor performance and escalate delays or deviations promptly.
• Liaise with procurement and stores for timely availability of materials.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms applicable to construction sites.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in residential building construction (preferably in Mumbai).
• Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and MEP coordination.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills (Marathi speaking candidates preferred)
• Should be willing to travel across multiple project sites within Mumbai.
