Sr. SEO Executive

Role Overview

As a Senior SEO Executive, you’ll own the SEO roadmap for our platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and ensuring our digital assets rank high on major search engines. This is a hands-on role with room to experiment, innovate, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap analysis to drive strategy.
• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Optimize content, landing pages, and blogs to boost organic visibility and lead generation.
• Build and manage white-hat link-building strategies including outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.
• Conduct site audits regularly to identify and resolve crawl/indexation issues.
• Work with the content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies quickly.
• Mentor junior team members (if applicable) and contribute to SEO process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven SEO experience, ideally in a digital agency or fast-growth startup.
• Strong understanding of Google’s ranking factors, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Proficiency with major SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
