About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in improving search rankings and driving organic growth. You will be responsible for executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, monitoring website performance, and staying updated with the latest search engine algorithms. Key Responsibilities Perform keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Optimise website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for target keywords. Conduct regular SEO audits and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, page speed, mobile usability, etc.) Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile. Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content. Track, analyse, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Assist in competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for growth. Support local SEO efforts including Google Business Profile (formerly GMB) optimisation. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–2 years of proven SEO experience (in-house or agency). Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture. Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Preferred Experience with content marketing or blog optimisation. Understanding of Google Ads or PPC is a plus. Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
