SEO Manager (Team Lead) – 3 to 5 Years Experience Job Title: SEO Manager / SEO Team Lead Experience Required: 3–5 Years Location: [Add Location] Job Type: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager / Team Lead to oversee end-to-end SEO operations, manage paid advertising campaigns, and lead a small SEO team. The ideal candidate must be strong in strategy, execution, and performance analysis with a proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads , and other paid marketing campaigns Perform keyword research , competitor analysis, and SEO audits Lead, guide, and mentor a small SEO team to achieve monthly goals Optimize website content for higher visibility, rankings, and conversions Track SEO and SEM performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs , etc. Prepare detailed SEO, keyword, and campaign performance reports Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates and industry trends Required Skills Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Experience in team handling / leadership Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field ( MBA/Marketing preferred ) 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO and managing SEO teams Salary Range ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & performance) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
