Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled minimum 10yrs of experience Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient business solutions that support our CRM and customer success strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, deployment, and support for new and existing applications.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues.
• Maintain data integrity and security in accordance with company and compliance policies.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Postman).
• Familiarity with Salesforce security model, roles, and permission sets.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required); Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Bitbucket is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
• Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.
