Job Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Consultant , you will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end Salesforce project delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful project execution. You will also be responsible for leading a team of consultants, guiding them through technical challenges, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Your expertise will be key to the success of our clients and our organization. Technical Expertise: Design, develop, and optimize solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud. Configure Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules to automate business processes. Hands-on experience in Aura, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL . Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions Strong understanding of B2B and B2C processes in Salesforce environments. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (SFDX, Copado, Git, Bitbucket, etc.) . Deep understanding of features like Omni-Channel, Entitlements, CTI Integration, and Service Console . Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development within Salesforce.
