As a Senior Sales Sourcing Manager for commercial real estate projects, your role is crucial in leading lead generation and channel partner engagement. Your role involves identifying and onboarding new channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and other lead generation sources. Monitoring sourcing performance and taking corrective actions where necessary will be essential for success.
