JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES OFFICER (3 DISTRICTS) Company: Marygreen Product Range: Animal Vitamins & Nutritional Supplements (MILKBETA and others) Location: Kerala – Covering 3 Assigned Districts Job Type: Full-time Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Managing Director --- Role Summary Marygreen is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Officer to expand our market presence across three districts. The Sales Officer will identify, appoint, and support distributors, drive product sales, ensure brand visibility, and achieve monthly sales targets through strong field execution. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Distributor Appointment & Management Identify potential distributors in assigned districts. Evaluate distributor capability, market reach, and business potential. Appoint new distributors as per company guidelines. Build strong and long-term business relationships with all distributors. 2. Sales Development & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through assigned distributors. Create and implement sales plans to grow Marygreen vitamin and mineral supplement business. Support distributors to increase product reach, stock movement, and on-time payments. Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance. 3. Market Expansion & Dealer Network: Help distributors appoint retailers, dairy farms, veterinary shops, and feed sellers. Ensure proper coverage of all potential markets within the three districts. Expand market share by introducing new products and penetration strategies. 4. Product Promotion & Training: Provide product knowledge training to distributors, retailers, and farmers. Promote Marygreen’s premium products like MILKBETA effectively. Participate in field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and veterinary camps. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback. Track distributor stock, orders, payments, and outstanding reports. Report competitor activities, price changes, and market trends. 6. Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities. Work closely with management to plan district-level sales growth. --- Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (animal feed/veterinary / agri input preferred). Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong market knowledge of cattle feed supplements and the dairy sector (preferred). Ability to travel extensively across 3 districts.
