You will need to leverage your strong market knowledge, dealer management skills, and consistent sales execution to excel in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. - Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and stockists effectively. - Ensure product availability and visibility in the market to drive sales. - Conduct regular market visits, plan beats efficiently, and ensure comprehensive route coverage. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key market influencers. - Stay vigilant about competitor activities and provide timely market insights to the team. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 14 years of experience in FMCG sales. - Graduation is preferred for this role.
