Position 1: Branch Relationship Officer – Banking Channel

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch life insurance products to walk-in customers at the partnered bank branch.
• Work closely with bank staff to generate daily leads.
• Guide customers and close sales to meet monthly targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales experience (preferred BFSI/NBFC).
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales and target-driven work.

Position 2: Unit Manager – Agency Channel

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit insurance advisors from your network/local market.
• Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve life insurance sales.
• Track advisor activity and drive monthly business.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales experience (any industry).
• Good networking and team-handling skills.
• Graduation must; comfortable with target-based sales.
