Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating sales, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets, conducting client meetings and presentations, building long-term relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients. - Negotiate and close deals with customers and ensure post-sales follow-up. - Maintain an updated sales pipeline and generate sales activity reports. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. - Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: - Experience in (industry, e.g., interior design and Construction) - Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
