Sr. Sales Officer

The Senior Sales Officer - FMCG Modern Trade (MT) Channel position based in Guwahati HQ offers a competitive salary of up to 35,000 per month to a qualified Graduate with 7-8 years of experience in the FMCG Modern Trade Channel. As a Senior Sales Officer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies for Modern Trade channels, identifying new business opportunities, driving sales targets, and managing key accounts to ensure sales targets are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitor activity and market trends, managing a team of Sales Executives, preparing detailed reports on sales performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions and events. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in FMCG sales, a proven track record of managing large retail accounts, strong negotiation skills, good knowledge of market trends, and excellent communication and team management skills.
