Sr Sales Manager

As a Pre-Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by helping us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Your responsibilities will include maximizing the potential of our sales team, crafting sales plans, justifying those plans to upper management, and leading and guiding a team of salespeople. You will be tasked with setting sales goals and quotas, building a sales plan, analyzing data, assigning sales training and territories, achieving growth, and hitting sales targets by effectively managing the sales team. Your role will also involve designing and implementing a strategic sales plan focused on building and improving customer relationships and utilizing value selling of our technologies. Additionally, you will provide management input into establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks, and reviewing work at frequent levels. You will be expected to handle a Sales and Service Team size of 15-20 members, including recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Price negotiation, taking quotations, and finalizing deals will also be part of your responsibilities.
