Job Description

tore Incharge JD &KRA 1. Maintain the Stock Register. In case some material is about to finish inform to the office for re-ordering. 2. Monthly stock reports have to be sent to office on the first of every month. In case it is not given, salary will be on hold. Also maintain defective materials list & send it to office along with the stock reports. 3. Check out the bills for : a) Rates given (whether the rates are high / according to the quotation) please tick mark with your initial & date. 4. After receiving the bills company’s receiving stamp, date & signature is a must. In case it is not stamped, salary will be on hold. 5. Materials received by courier from parties directly in the factory for repairing have to be reported to the office. Also, spare parts given by service technicians when they come from tour / service for repairing have to be maintained in a register giving the details who has got the part, when they gave you & what has to be done for that. This also has to be reported to the office. 6. Make a list of old material which hasn’t used since from past 2 months. 7. After every 2 or 3 days all bills has to be sent to office. On the first of every month send all previous months bill for filing of GST returns. 8. After returning from tour collect the tour reports from workers / service engineers & send to office & inform to office. 9. Performance Incentive will be given monthly on submission of MIS reports which is inclusive of Salary offered
