Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, designing tailored IT infrastructure solutions, and effectively presenting these solutions to corporate and public sector enterprises. The role demands expertise in CISCO networking technologies, with additional knowledge in servers, storage, and security being highly advantageous. Customer Engagement: o Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to understand their IT infrastructure requirements. o Develop rapport and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. 2. Solution Designing: o Analyze customer needs and design customized IT infrastructure solutions incorporating CISCO networking, servers, storage, and security solutions. o Ensure solutions align with client goals, budgets, and technical specifications. 3. Solution Presentation: o Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the proposed solutions to customers. o Address customer queries and concerns with a focus on delivering value. 4. Collaboration: o Work closely with internal sales teams/OEM team to strategize and support business opportunities. o Coordinate with technical teams for knowledge transfer for solution implementation. 5. Industry Insights: o Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure, particularly in CISCO networking, servers, storage, and security. o Provide insights to improve service offerings and drive innovation. Qualifications: 1. Minimum Experience: o 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution designing, or related roles. 2. Technical Expertise: o Must-have: Knowledge of CISCO networking technologies. o Added advantage: Knowledge of servers, storage and IT security solution. 3. Skills: o Strong technical and analytical skills. o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Ability to manage multiple customer requirements simultaneously. o Proficiency in tools/software relevant to IT infrastructure solutions. 4.
