Collaboration: o Work closely with internal sales teams/OEM team to strategize and support business opportunities. o Coordinate with technical teams for knowledge transfer for solution implementation. 5. Industry Insights: o Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure, particularly in CISCO networking, servers, storage, and security. o Provide insights to improve service offerings and drive innovation. Qualifications: 1. Minimum Experience: o 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution designing, or related roles. 2. Technical Expertise: o Must-have: Knowledge of CISCO networking technologies. o Added advantage: Knowledge of servers, storage and IT security solution. 3. Skills: o Strong technical and analytical skills. o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Ability to manage multiple customer requirements simultaneously. o Proficiency in tools/software relevant to IT infrastructure solutions. 4.
