Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sales Associate/Manager located in Delhi. The Sr. Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing sales reports, understanding customer needs, offering suitable product recommendations, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts. The Sr. Sales Associate will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior sales staff.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-8 years of industry experience.
• Must be from Kitchen hardware, Interiors, Architectural, Building construction or similar background.
• Can achieve the sales targets periodically.
• Experience in B2B.
• Computer literate and must have good communication skills.
• Good exposure of Kitchen hardware or similar industry would be desirable.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and customer service
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales within the [industry] is a plus
