Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management

  • Drive sales in both resale and primary bookings for residential and commercial properties.
  • Handle end-to-end client lifecycle – from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with individual investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding market trends, pricing, and property options.
  • Coordinate property documentation, verification, and due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead Generation

  • Implement offline and digital marketing campaigns to promote listings and new launches.
  • Leverage portals, social media, and referral networks for lead generation.
  • Develop marketing content like brochures, listings, and emailers in coordination with design/content teams.
  • Organize and participate in real estate expos, project launches, and site events.

Market Intelligence

  • Keep abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and price movements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of localities, projects, and developers.
  • Provide regular insights and feedback to management to shape strategy.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, closures, and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, luxury retail sales, luxury hospitality, banking, insurance, etc.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and property portals (e.g., 99acres, Magicbricks).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
