Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, networking, and client visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending payments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company at sales meetings, events, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and customer-handling abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and email communication.
