Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
• Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales experience is a plus (freshers may also apply with strong communication skills).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Ability to travel as needed (for field sales roles).
