We’re Hiring! – Senior Sales Executive (Inspection Services)

About Markek International:

Markek International is an NABCB and (QCI) accredited certification body

inspection services across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target cooperative housing societies undergoing or planning redevelopment projects.
Conduct client meetings, cold calls, and site visits to promote inspection services.
Present Markek’s inspection solutions to society committees and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with technical teams to align services with client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales and interactions.
Stay updated with market trends in redevelopment and construction.

Key Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Ability to understand technical aspects of inspection and construction services.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales (real estate, construction, or related domains preferred).
Understanding of cooperative housing society operations and redevelopment is an added advantage.
