Job Description

  • Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demos for prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Track and report sales metrics and KPIs to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and account management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,855.91 per month
