Recruit security guards as per client and site requirements. Screen, interview, and verify documents and background of candidates. Maintain deployment schedules and ensure timely posting of guards. Coordinate with clients for manpower needs and resolve site-level issues. Prepare duty rosters and ensure shift coverage across all locations. Conduct site visits to check guard performance and attendance. Maintain updated records of guards, ID proofs, and deployment logs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies (ESI, PF, PSARA, etc.). Monitor guard discipline, turnout, and punctuality regularly. Generate daily and weekly reports.
