Job Title: Solar Sales Executive – B2C & B2B

Location: Gurgaon & Haryana

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Industry: Solar Rooftop / Solar EPC

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to handle B2C and B2B solar rooftop sales in the Gurgaon and Haryana region. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, site survey, DISCOM processes, and must possess strong technical knowledge of Solar PV systems. The role involves lead conversion, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and convert leads for residential (B2C) and commercial/industrial (B2B) solar rooftop projects
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Understand customer energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Site Survey & Technical Assessment

  • Conduct site surveys to assess shadow analysis, rooftop area, orientation, and feasibility
  • Coordinate with engineering/design teams for system sizing and proposals
  • Explain technical aspects such as system capacity, generation, ROI, payback, and subsidies to clients

DISCOM & Documentation

  • Handle or support DISCOM approvals, net metering applications, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination with internal teams and customers
  • Knowledge of Haryana DISCOM policies, subsidy schemes, and regulations is essentia

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers from enquiry to commissioning
  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally
  • Ensure smooth handover to execution and post-sales teams

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions
  • Sound technical knowledge of Solar PV systems (modules, inverters, structures, BOS)
  • Familiarity with net metering, subsidy norms, and DISCOM processes
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
