Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry and a passion for clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert potential leads into customers for solar rooftop and EPC services.
• Conduct on-site assessments and assist in preparing proposals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up post-installation.
• Coordinate with the technical team for project delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the Sales Manager.
• Stay updated with solar market trends and competitor insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in solar products or EPC services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads independently.
• Candidate with own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
