Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop retention strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty and minimize churn

rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, sales to align retention

efforts with overall business objectives.

Utilize Webengage platform to design and execute targeted engagement campaigns

across various channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages.

Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for personalized

communication and proactive intervention.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and engagement, and

provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Continuously optimize retention tactics based on performance metrics and industry best

practices.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the

effectiveness of retention efforts

Preferred candidate profile

Must haves

Hands on experience in executing campaigns via CleverTap/Webengage/MoEngage
5+ years of retention marketing/ customer lifecycle management experience in B2C app

businesses

Great to have

Experience in Insurance industry
2+ years experience in using tools like Appsflyer, MixPanel and GA
