Job Summary: Seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Manager to lead construction project sites. The candidate should have a strong background in safety operations, risk assessments, compliance, and client coordination. Role & responsibilities - Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and fire-fighting training to ensure awareness among workers. - Carry out daily and weekly site inspections and audits to identify and eliminate hazards. - Enforce compliance with all HSE regulations and company safety policies at the site. - Perform risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective actions as needed. - Inspect lifting tools, scaffolds, welding and electrical equipment to ensure safe operation. - Manage fire protection systems including installation, maintenance, and periodic checks. - Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and prepare detailed reports. - Maintain safety documentation including daily checklists and monthly performance reports. - Monitor proper usage of PPE and conduct regular stock checks and audits. - Organize weekly emergency drills and fire rescue preparedness programs. - Develop and implement SOPs and Permit-to-Work systems for all high-risk activities. - Monitor environmental parameters like air, water, noise, and soil to ensure sustainability. - Support client and third-party HSE audits and ensure compliance with their findings. JOB DESCRIPTION: Contribute to the planning and execution of monthly promotional events and public campaigns.
