Key Accountabilities for UK Recruiters Working Window 12 pm to 11 PM 8 hours plus Breaks 1. PROCESS EFFICIENCY To research internet job board websites and other websites for suitable candidates based on keyword searches To research the internet for suitable candidates based on specific job requirements Review and score applications and work sample questions on the Skills & Learning ATS tool Applied Identify and supply qualified prospects to the Sales team using tools like Linkedin Recruiter, Source breaker, OneTouch and others Running keyword searches for candidates across multiple job boards and other websites Analyzing candidates experience and skills against specified criteria and selecting suitable candidates Downloading suitable candidate CVs and sending to colleagues Analyzing CVs for suitable experience and skills based on specified job descriptions and selecting suitable candidates Extracting relevant information from candidate profiles Performing general Internet research on specified criteria and compiling suitable data Recording progress in tracking spreadsheets Providing regular updates to the Team Leader Adhering to company policies (time keeping, attendance, internet use, data protection etc 2. STAKEHOLDER LIAISON Respond to recommendations for improvement from UK consultants on the quality of the candidates supplied. Liaise daily with the UK recruitment teams both Internal Reference Only verbally and in writing Provide support across all of the teams within Company supporting other teams to improve their knowledge and processes. 3. TARGETS Ensure awareness and understanding of dashboards / KPIs / SLAs performance and the performance of the team against them. Follow and aim to exceed targets and KPIs. 4. Demonstrate the Company values Ensure all activities are aligned to the Company values Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience : Essential: 1 to 3 years of experience in US / UK Full cycle recruitment of IT professionals Working experience of US / UK based job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook English language skills (both verbal and written) Excellent searching techniques like Boolean, X-ray searches etc. Demonstrating and commitment to professional standards Time management, planning and organisation Record keeping Graduate- in any discipline Ability to work independently and efficiently complete tasks The ability and willingness to learn and absorb knowledge quickly Strong client focus & customer support: follow-up skills; commitment to continuous improvement Desirable: Previous experience working in IT industry Behaviors: Team player / friendly and tactful Proactive, performance improvement focused Shows initiative Flexible Collaborative and inclusive Self motivated Competencies : Teamwork • Communication Customer Focus • Personal Effectiveness Shift Timing 12 noon to 11 PM any 8 hours Mon to Fri.
