Senior Recruitment Manager / Delivery Manager | Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Location: Thane
Experience: 6 –10 Years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA / HR preferred)
Reports To: Recruitment Head / Business Unit Head

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager / Delivery Manager to lead recruitment operations, manage a high-performing team, and drive business growth through client engagement and technology-led hiring solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and client relationship management, along with the ability to leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools and data analytics to improve hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and positions.
  • Mentor and motivate a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and ensure quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using social recruiting, referral programs, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure seamless onboarding.

Technology & Process Enhancement

  • Implement and manage AI-enabled Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment operations.
  • Use assessment platforms and psychometric tools to ensure accurate candidate-job fit.
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics through analytics dashboards for better decision-making and forecasting.

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Act as the primary client contact, managing delivery and relationship continuity.
  • Partner with clients to understand evolving workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling recruitment and manpower services.
  • Gather and share market insights, competitor trends, and client feedback to improve offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with 6–10 years of recruitment experience (Corporate / Consulting).
  • Proven experience managing recruitment teams and client relationships independently.
  • Exposure to diverse industries — IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, BFSI, or Services.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, AI-enabled hiring tools, and assessment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
