Job Title – Recruiter
Shift Timings – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Division – IMS People Possible
Job Location – Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Roles and Responsibilities-

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

Job Qualifications-

Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in
Domestic IT recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening abilities across IT roles and technologies
Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
