Position: Sr BDE/BDM - Real Estate

Salary: 40k - 1lk

About the Role

Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager/Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and explain property offerings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead inflow.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with lead details.
  • Regular reporting to management with performance insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    developers, channel partners, and clients

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of experience in

    real estate sales/marketing

  • Strong exposure to working with

    developers or consultancies/channel partners etc.

  • Proven track record of

    meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Graduate/MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
