Marketing Specialist Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn for U.S. audiences
• Support the creation of localized ad copies and creatives tailored to U.S. customer behavior
• Learn how to track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Help in A/B testing and conversion optimization activities for landing pages
• Conduct basic competitor and market research for U.S. industries such as automotive or real estate
• Assist in retargeting/remarketing campaigns using pixel-based tracking
• Coordinate with sales/operations teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals
• Prepare basic reports and campaign summaries for review by senior marketers

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising for international markets
• Basic knowledge of social media ads or Google Ads (coursework, projects, or certifications a plus)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take feedback
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Canva is a bonus (not mandatory)
