Overview: The Junior Sales Road Warrior is an entry-level sales professional who is eager to develop their skills through extensive travel and client interactions. They support the sales team by building relationships, learning product knowledge, and helping to generate revenue while gaining valuable field experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to various client locations under the supervision of senior sales team members.
• Assist in prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Support product demonstrations and presentations, learning to tailor messaging to client needs.
• Build rapport with existing and prospective clients.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and meetings.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Learn and understand company products and services thoroughly.
• Assist with preparing sales reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
