Job Description

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Presentations and Demos: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, and conduct product demonstrations.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals that address client requirements.
CRM Management: Keep records of sales activities and update CRM software to manage customer accounts effectively.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred not mandatory)
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the system integration industry.
Strong network and relationships within the industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
