Sr Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor cum Contract Manager to oversee contract management, cost estimation, and project financial control for our building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, and commercial management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Administration: Manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with FIDIC and other contractual requirements.
• Cost Control & Estimation: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Handle procurement strategies, subcontractor agreements, and supplier negotiations.
• Variation & Claims Management: Assess and process contract variations, claims, and disputes in accordance with contract terms.
• BOQ Preparation & Valuation: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), conduct cost analysis, and monitor project expenditures.
• Risk Management: Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Project Reporting & Forecasting: Provide cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates to stakeholders.
• Legal & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local construction laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, consultants, and legal teams to streamline project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in building construction projects in GCC.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE construction laws, and procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Membership in RICS, CIOB, or similar professional bodies is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,154.55 - ₹45,125.56 per month
