-Monitor and evaluate processes, calls, transactions, or deliverables to ensure quality standards are met
-Coordinate with operations, compliance, and customer support teams for quality improvements
-Identify process gaps, quality issues, and risk areas; recommend corrective and preventive actions
-Prepare quality audit reports, scorecards, and MIS for management review
-Conduct regular quality audits and prepare detailed evaluation reports
-Identify quality gaps, root causes, and areas for improvement Share feedback with teams and support corrective and preventive actions
-Maintain quality documentation, scorecards, and compliance records
-Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Assist in process improvement initiatives and quality training programs
