Sr. Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on coding experience, excellent client communication skills, and proven expertise in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Handle client communications, providing regular updates and addressing queries or concerns.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and project coordinators.
• Participate in coding activities (30%-40% hands-on development) to support the team and ensure technical quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
• Strong coding knowledge (30%-40% coding involvement expected) in relevant technologies.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team management, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be located in Kolkata and available for immediate joining.

Preferred:

• PMP or relevant project management certification.
• Experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
