Sr. Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Project Manager to lead our team in the Relanto department. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in software development and minimum 5 years in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The Sr Project Manager will be responsible for the estimation, planning, execution, and closure of all projects within the department, while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior project managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects

- Lead project teams to ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers to help them develop their project management skills

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project integration and alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications:

- BTech, BE degree;

• PMP certification preferred
• AI/ML Projects delivery Experience

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
