Description

  • Experience of heading construction of Interior Fit-Outs/Turnkey Projects
  • Commercial building construction experience
  • Executing project right from scratch to its completion; supervising project implementation and execution through completion of construction
  • Planning, initiating, executing and monitoring projects along time, cost and quality including technical (engineering) and techno-commercial coordination with all stake holders
  • Provide technical support, project budgeting and scheduling including Owners goals & objectives, site improvements, entitlements, consultant selection, design team management, schedule creation and management, contractor selection and management, financial management including cash flows, anticipated cost reports and weekly/monthly reports
  • Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifications
  • Listing down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set
  • Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings
  • Inspecting the work as per architectural & structural drawing and maintaining the record of inspection
  • Ensuring that all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with the local laws
  • Managing the project start-up contracts / agreements, due diligence, formulation and negotiations in coordination with internal and external legal / commercial teams
  • Settling & deploying all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project
  • Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities
  • Leading and motivating large teams of workers and professionals and handling allocation of tasks within teams based on skills profile
  • Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction
  • Identifying & developing a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery so as to minimize project cost and ensuring on time payment to vendors
  • Preparing bills for payments and estimating quantities & order of materials for construction

Qualification

  • Minimum 12 yrs of experience
