r Program Associate – Private School Operations

Key responsibilities:

• Program Implementation & Management:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of the career counseling program in private schools.

Coordinate with internal teams (product, content, sales, and tech) to ensure smooth delivery of career counseling services.

Develop implementation plans, set milestones, and track progress to ensure timely execution.

• School Relationship & Partner Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for private school administrators, career counselors, and educators.

Conduct onboarding sessions, training programs, and regular check-ins with school stakeholders.

Gather feedback from schools and suggest improvements to enhance the impact of the program.

• Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:

Design SOPs to streamline program execution and enhance efficiency.

Monitor program performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Growth & Expansion:

Identify opportunities to expand our career counseling offerings within existing school partnerships.

Work closely with the sales and business development teams to onboard new private schools.

Assist in crafting proposals and presentations for potential school partnerships.

• Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of experience

   in program management, school partnerships, or operations within the education or EdTech sector.
2. Strong

   stakeholder management

   and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent

   project management

   and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities.
4. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in

   Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
