Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans and schedules for civil engineering projects. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders at regular intervals. Analyze project performance data and recommend improvements to processes. Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards throughout project lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning engineering within the civil sector. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project). Strong understanding of civil engineering design and construction principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
