About Us:

ipshopy.com is a next-generation eCommerce multi-seller platform that empowers businesses and individuals to sell their products online with ease. We are expanding our tech team and looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to lead backend development, optimize platform performance, and implement scalable eCommerce solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance PHP-based applications and APIs.
• Manage backend architecture for multi-vendor eCommerce systems.
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code following coding standards.
• Work with MySQL databases, queries optimization, and indexing.
• Integrate 3rd party APIs, payment gateways, and shipping partners (like ClickPost, Shipway, etc.).
• Coordinate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers for seamless user experiences.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security issues, and scalability challenges.
• Implement AI-based automation tools for analytics, personalization, or recommendation systems.
• Maintain version control using Git and follow agile development practices.
• Train and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PHP Developer (preferably in eCommerce or SaaS platforms).
• Strong proficiency in Core PHP, Laravel / CodeIgniter, and MySQL.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML integration.
• Knowledge of cPanel, Hosting, and Server Management (Linux/Apache).
• Familiarity with OpenCart, WooCommerce, or Magento is an added advantage.
• Experience with AI tools or automation frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, BCS, MCA, or related field.
• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Ability to handle end-to-end development independently.
