Sr Operation Engineer - BMS / ELV

Locations : Bengaluru & Gurugram Experinece : 7-9 years field BMS / ELV system installation, commissioning and handover Education : Diploma or Bachelor of Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication Engineering Responsibilities: Guiding and reviewing Design of the system arch. including shop floor drawings of the project for submitting to the client/consultant for approval Prepare detailed Engineering documentations as per the specifications and getting approved from stakeholders Development of control strategy, programming logic and ELV systems engineering Technical solution validation with valid optimization approach Pre-commissioning (Engineering & FAT) and commissioning (SAT) for Project. Installation supervision, testing and commissioning Preparation of as built details and submitting to Client’s approval Ensure system support and warranty support / maintenance as per Regulatory requirements and client’s policy Provide on-time technical solution to the problems & facilitate operations and maintenance assistance Maintenance & Troubleshooting on existing AMC sites Attend customer meetings, reverting on client communication & work closely with the service team to implement service procedures. Weekly Meeting with client’s management focusing on improvements / areas to improve upon and analysis on support delivered. Implementation of QC Documents (PM Schedule, PM Tracker, and Project IR's) for site services for maintaining the standards of the site. Imparting quarterly training to team on systems installed at site HSE Implementation at site ensuring proper documentation Ensuring the management for Proper Records both onsite and offsite Commercial activities Variations orders generation and customer relationship management for repeat business leads Project cost control and billing targets achievement Optimization and negotiations with suppliers before raising purchase requisition. Achieving monthly Account receivables target Following company policies and tools for ERP / HR / templates etc as per business woek flow process Show more Show less
