Sr. MIS Executive / Data Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Create and automate dashboards for management review using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio (optional).
• Develop and manage Google Forms for data collection and streamline response tracking.
• Use Google Apps Script / basic JavaScript to automate tasks, create triggers, improve workflow, and build smart reporting solutions.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis to support business decisions.
• Generate customized reports based on departmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data updates, report requirements, and process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, IF formulas, Data Validation, etc.
• Google Sheets: Advanced formulas, query functions, data automation.
• Google Forms: Form creation, response management, integration with Sheets.
• Google Apps Script: Basic scripting knowledge for automation and workflow creation.
• JavaScript (Basic): Understanding of functions, conditions, and scripting logic.
• Dashboard Creation: Ability to design interactive dashboards for reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail with strong data accuracy.
• Experience in automation and process improvement will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
