Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior MIS Executive to manage data processing, reporting, and dashboard creation for our real estate operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate databases, generating daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, and supporting management with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and process large sets of data related to sales, inventory, site progress, and customer records
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Design and manage interactive dashboards for management review
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Perform advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data validation
• Coordinate with sales, CRM, finance, and site teams to gather required data
• Analyze trends and highlight gaps or performance issues
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of data processing and MIS reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP mandatory)
• Experience in dashboard creation (Excel or other tools)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as MIS Executive (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
